Lured by the idea of discovering who framed her for her fiancé’s murder and threatened with more time in prison, ex-con Lacy Campbell agrees to kidnap Alex Gardner.  Instead of getting the answers she desperately seeks, however, the two narrowly escape death.   Now running for their lives, Lacy and Alex form an unusual alliance and agree to work together.  They soon realize that the key to solving their present mystery lies in the stained halls of Lacy’s past.
